We are currently hiring compassionate Care Professionals to serve clients throughout Santa Fe, Los Alamos, White Rock, and Española. You may choose to work in a specific area or be available to travel between locations based on your preference.

This is a flexible position—pick the schedule that works best for your availability.

Position Summary

As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors. This includes companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities to enhance quality of life and help clients age safely at home.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Support with incontinence care

• Provide medication and appointment reminders

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assist with errands and transportation

• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s and dementia

• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure safety and comfort

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Proof of car insurance in your name

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.  May work full time hours.
